Discriminatory Practices: Being denied raises and professional opportunities due to a work schedule that was clearly agreed upon at hiring is unethical and potentially discriminatory. Poor Communication from Management: Ignored emails and messages, vague explanations, and a lack of transparency suggest a lack of professionalism and respect from leadership. Lack of Accountability: HR and supervisors consistently deflect responsibility, leading to unresolved issues and employee frustration. Favoritism & Exclusion: Unequal distribution of raises, training opportunities, and informal social interactions suggest favoritism and exclusion. Cons

Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
