      Pros

      Great people at the working level. Experts in the field of injection molding.

      Cons

      The company changes a lot as a result of the merger with Jabil. Senior management more interested in maximizing their bonus rather than making the company great. Less incentive compensation since the Jabil merger. Upper management very selfish and tend to micro manage rather than lead.
