      Great company culture. Fantastic people to work with. Lots of career opportunities. Promotions on merit. Responsibilities are given immediately.

      Cons

      Large company and sometimes decisions take a long time for approval. Complex matrix organisation. Travel can be long and hard.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
