I've worked in the company for almost 4 years and seen the company go through lots of growth and updates. - Newly renovated office and huge lunch room - 15% discount on products - lots of opportunities to advance (I've seen multiple cases of coworkers starting as AP and advanced to accountant or manager positions) - Flexible hybrid work environment (office and work from home) - managers are flexible with hours starting and finishing so I can drop and pick up kids from school - RRSP matching program - during COVID 19, employer provided screen, computer, and required devices so we could work from home - There is employees survey and they did make changes accordingly - Golf tournament and Christmas party every year!
Cons
- public transport to the office could be better. it is easier to drive for commute
