      Lots of opportunity to learn Culinary leadership was good and very open Lots of training opportunities

      Cons

      Low pay for Dubai Accommodation is provided, but facilities are not well maintained and there are 4-6 people per flat on average Slightly understaffed so work load is a bit higher
