Can be stressful at times

Plenty of work if you are willing. Benefits package isn't bad. 401k matching and after two years on the job your personal health insurance is free, not for spouse or kids though

Not a very healthy work culture among the hourly employees. Management is very scattered. They also talk a lot and act little.
