      Pros

      Good managers that allow you to work autonomously and are tentative to what you need to get the job done. All the people I work with are happy and everyone is friendly. The company takes care of their employees and you can tell because of the positive culture that abounds.

      Cons

      Remote work is not an option. The food on base is not that great health wise, and the food that is healthy is pretty expensive.
