Pros

- Insurance and other Benefits were great and they offer you a solid insurance plan if you're able to get more than FFS. - If you're an IHT clinician, you will have more flexibility in your schedule. - Bonus incentives offered throughout the year

Cons

- The productivity is a joke and you're always chasing your units. - I found that supervision was less about your cases and more about productivity and administrative duties. - Lots of turnover with all provider types - Higher management not consistent with support and issues with follow-through around making change. - The prevention of HIPAA violations are not taken seriously; sound easily travels from the meeting rooms, to the ears of those in the waiting room. Any employee can also log into the files of other providers' without any authorization. - If you're trying to be full time here and you're not an IHT clinician, this company will not prioritize you, nor your needs. - There are very few reimbursement options for the amount of driving that takes place and is required to meet the expectations of your role. - The methods for reserving offices for sessions are disorganized. - The pods that make up the office space for employees are not ideal for those who have difficulties focusing. - The difference in pay between pre-licensed and licensed clinicians, is less than $5.00/hr - Very poor work-life balance.
