I think it's best to support workers

Great work place huge support I was new dispatching and the staff and drivers were patient and understanding being new. Great schedule weekends off. Very fast pace makes the day go by.

A little overwhelming but to be expected when you come to a new carrier. But other than the learning curve I have no cons.
