      This is a good bridge company that supports international relations, and the bilingual president is a good person who doesn't put profit above all else.

      Cons

      The industry average pay is mediocre/poor, but this is a criticism of everywhere in Japan.

      Pros

      People and Manager are nice.

      Cons

      The company is well knows for low pay salaries, owner trying to avoid to pay commissions or anything at all. Many people left and many are leaving. I do not recommend it to anyone, just try with competitors.You won't have any benefit by working here.
