Best work I’ve ever made and best opportunties. amazing amazing people. Everyone is welcome to be themselves. I feel like I’m making lifelong friends and actually getting mentorship. No bad briefs. everyone down to juniors gets to present to clients and take on senior tasks. (That’s a pro and a con.) You can make really amazing work on big player brands and in one year I’ve touched almost every brand in the agency. Good benefits, decent pay, unlimited PTO. Coming from a big holding company, there’s so much more culture.

Hiring feels slow. Depending on what account you’re working on, hours can be brutal. It can be worth it…but not for everything or forever.

-good experience as is any workplace -some great producers and folks to work with.

-toxic and tribal -lack of direction or organization. -boundaries aren't respected regarding work hours -do not talk to HR
