      Great communication, they take pride in creating a positive company culture. Work is client specific and diverse and associates can feel like they are on an island. JOA's approach to company culture minimizes this feeling.

      Cons

      Not unlike any other consulting project management company, staffing is dependent on client needs and contract duration. JOA is a lean company that cannot maintain staff if there is not adequate work.
