      The other employees are pretty great.

      Cons

      Will keep this short... Worked at JMF for over a year and I can say the September 2014 review is dead on accurate (except they have benefits now). All of the good reviews are false and probably posted by the owner's family members. Avoid this company... avoid avoid avoid!

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunities; hard work is seen and pays off; Management is very hands-on and involved; the CEO is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, listens to his staff, and is open to new ideas; great work environment and cool perks.

      Cons

      Long hours - not a con for me personally, but some people might find this a bit challenging.

      Pros

      Was with the firm for a little shy of 3 years. Learned alot about real estate. If you excel at what you do, opportunities are given.

      Cons

      There are some inefficiencies that exist due to the fact the firm is smaller in size. Small but solid.
