Comfortable shift timings for females specifically, lots of opportunities for personal growth (earlier), understanding and supportive stakeholders (some locations)
Cons
Worst is currently played politics by upper management, no support from the management whatsoever, no value or respect for tenured employees, three months notice period, competitor clause which stops the growth,you have to be a mgmnt favourite or else pack ur bags n look options elsewhere, salary capping which is the most demotivating factor. No real growth opportunities for genuine employees.
