Pros
The people are great, the team work well together and are doing the best they can with what they have.
Cons
Constant uphill battle to get anything done, outdated Jira projects to change anything an admin has to be emailed to get it done. Understanding what the MVP the business wants is difficult, co-ordination with other dept is frightful, work is created for other teams with little or no thought on how this will affect the planning of work already in flight, with demands that it be done. Any HR requests are met with “well you need to join the union to get that changed!”
