Pros

-Very diverse and ever evolving, dynamic team. -Great variety of areas to grow and learn from. - Management generally speaking, listens to employees and take into account their concerns and points of view. -Fast paced environment means always having things to do and now with -Agile being able to step up and support on topics that are more relevant or interesting for you. Having fun is possible! - Opportunites to progress your carrer and move vertically and horizontally. - Hybrid working available -Working for a well known and established brand (pair of brands) - Opportunities to test drive the products you work with. - Good range of bennefits (great pension scheme, great maternity leave package, great range of discounts and offers for JLR employess...)

Cons

-Sometimes (often) there can be too much pressure due to estrict deadlines, so it requires having the ability to deal with it. -Still the company needs some time to evolve to new processes and ways of working, and to change its set mentality in some areas. - Some management styles are too demanding, strict or a bit micromanaging. -Decision making takes too long sometimes -Last minute changes and requests are not uncommon - Not all roles are very well defined so it takes time to undesrand what are your responsibilities.

Pros

Great work life balance Supportive environment

Cons

If you fall in the less than 3 years experience bucket, your best shot is the new graduate positions which have terrible pay and full-time employment after 2-years is not guaranteed.
