      Brand Name Belts is very good and those who are in belts division are lucky people Dealer network

      Cons

      They don't understand employee requirements for work to happen they don't give respect to your education No work Life balance Worst allowances No incentives - No motivation to work Politics in each department Make employee spend from their pocket to get the company work done No support in any manner from the management useless human resources department - they can be eliminated

      JK fenner always asks if we're missing something and has good top leadership that supports us in challenges. The team proactively provides solutions.

      Cons

      I don't see anything JK fenner can improve in my line of work. I've never had bad experiences working with JK fenner and haven't found them wanting on any particular front
