Pros
Managers are “transparent” — they don’t hide their bias, unprofessional language, or mood swings.
Cons
I usually try to see the good in every workplace, but my time with this company — especially in the Northeast location — left me emotionally drained and deeply disillusioned.
What looked like a promising opportunity turned out to be a place filled with toxicity, favoritism, and a complete lack of professionalism. On the surface, the company promotes a polished, "progressive" image. But once you're inside, you quickly see the cracks.
One of the hardest parts was the behavior of my direct manager. The kind of words used were so harsh, demeaning, and vulgar that in my entire career, no one in any company has ever spoken to me like that. It left me feeling humiliated and completely unsupported.
Even worse, I witnessed staff openly drinking on-site, but no one was ever held accountable. Why? Because they had "connections." Nepotism ruled the place. If you were part of the inner circle, you could get away with anything. If you weren't, you were ignored, sidelined, or worse — targeted.
The site politics were suffocating. Every day became a struggle to stay motivated, not because of the work itself, but because of the toxic environment. It genuinely affected my mental well-being.
I wouldn’t recommend this workplace to anyone — especially in the Northeast region — unless you're prepared to tolerate disrespect, unfair treatment, and a culture where bad behavior is protected instead of corrected.
