      Basic salary high for a reason Luckily I met people (employees too) who were nice

      Cons

      Turnover very high expect you to work more hours than expected according to MOM guidelines to showcase there’s efforts even if sales is bad, else you’ll be fired

      you choose your own hours

      Cons

      part time is 34 hours per week, but they expect you to be on call when they need you for straight pay (no time and a half) and the use to pay holidays to anyone who worked over 20 hours and that stopped without notice
