      Pros

      free snacks and drinks. Overtime pay. Some nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Micromangement: Camera over EVERYWHERE. Serious with clock in. If you are late for 1 min, they KNOW and will be serious with it. Family Run: Make the boss happy. Half hour lunch breaks. Pay is low. Chinese culture.
