Pros
The moment, you enter JGI “Office of strategic communications and HR”, then you can be rest assured, as an employee you will be locked in a jail and the wardens of the jail will be two giant ladies. You will be a victim of, public Humiliation, cheap Gossips, and dirty politics by the senior women folks working there for more than 3 years
Cons
The so called HR department does not know the HR functions and they stick to this place because of their underrated (knowledge, communication and culture) which they are very much aware will not fit the dynamic corporate culture outside. They will have recruitment throughout the year and they are not sick and tired of it. Don’t waste your time and talent there.
