Pros

JFrog genuinely practices what many companies only talk about. There’s a strong culture of trust, autonomy, and context-driven leadership. You’re encouraged to think independently, challenge ideas respectfully, and focus on real impact rather than optics. Cross-functional collaboration is natural, and teams are aligned around building meaningful, developer-first solutions. As a brand manager, it’s refreshing to work in an environment where the internal culture and external brand truly match.

Cons

The pace can be fast, and expectations are high — which may take time to adjust to if you’re coming from a more structured or top-down environment.

Pros

Having spent a long career in tech, JFrog is easily a top-tier employer. The leadership genuinely cares, the product is an industry standard, and the work-life balance is excellent.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things change fast. It can be a challenge to keep up with the rapid pace of evolution, but it's an exciting environment if you enjoy staying on your toes.

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
