Salary (low but still salaried) Gas reimbursement Work from home opportunity Vacation/sick leave Paid holidays off

Cons

Horrible /lack thereof of training by "team leaders" Overworked and underpaid Very shady, they will look you right in your face and know you are getting fired and not give a heads up despite your performance reviews being fine. Poor communication. Don't trust anyone there. ESPECIALLY your "team leader" Upper management is very unprofessional. Monday meetings are the worst. People interrupting each other, speaking in unprofessional tones, team leaders/case managers being insubordinate.
