Pros

They welcomed me in with no experience and threw everything at me, I was able to learn a lot very quickly. The CEO is a great sweet talker, can make you think everything is great or taken care of, even when everything is behind the shambles.

Cons

Where should I begin with the cons? I was asked during my exit interview if I would recommend this company to a friend, and the answer is absolutely not. I would not allow a friend to go through the stress, anger, belittlement or loss of voice at JEB that I went through. The company asks a lot of employees with the overloading of an unattainable amount of clients to service (12 or more is way too many...), little to no support, too small of teams, low pay that does not match expertise or industry market value. When asked for feedback on how things are running or on potential clients, employees are steamrolled so the only answer is that of Jamie the CEO or the sales team. The CEO would rather play with his horses than actually manage his company or take care of his stressed, overworked and unhappy employees. The entire affiliate team has left, leaving employees that are only a few weeks into the industry and fresh consultants to service all the clients, and still the company brings in more clients and lies to everyone that everything is fine. Clients are angry, but no one should worry about it. His leadership style is to blow smoke and not communicate. There are no processes in place or the ones that are, are so out of date that they are now useless, but employees are still expected to waste time and run through them or be reprimanded. The likelihood of being promoted is not there, unless the entire affiliate team quits in the span of a couple of months... If you want to hate your job and life, try JEBCommerce. Oh, and many of the positive reviews were asked for from the employees, leaving a negative review felt like it might come back to us. Wish I could leave less than a one star.

Pros

Truly the best job for starting out in the Marketing Industry. They take care of their employees and want to see them succeed. There is excellent communication between everyone in the company which is great since it is remote!

Cons

Normal cons that come with remote work - can't hug them in real life!

Pros

- True work life balance. The CEO truly cares about all of the employees and understands that people have lives, kids and commitments outside of work and makes sure they always feel safe to take care of those things. - Along the same lines, this company pulls together for all employees. Team work days to help co-workers after disasters in homes or property, to help prepare for a fellow employee's wedding, to help with charitable projects.... the list goes on and on. True heart at JEB. - Great opportunities for growth and continued learning. The management team works hard to provide employees with any learning opportunity in the area that is relative to our industry as well as bringing in leaders to teach and train on a regular basis. - Located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Pretty much the most beautiful place in America.

Cons

- I don't have any cons about working for JEB. To be fair, I had an incredible stable of clients that, while challenging, I kept for the majority of my time at the company and didn't have a lot of turnover. The one thing about working for any agency is that clients can change a lot and there are people that will consistently have to adjust to new clients, contacts, ways of doing things, etc. That is the one and only stress that I could point out if you are looking to work for ANY agency.
