Cons
Owners and upper management do not listen to the employees that are the actual faces of their business, meaning their front desk and housekeeping staff. Hires general managers that manipulate their staff, drink on the job, brings kids to work, has no sense of professionalism. Manager will yell and scream in the office thinking no guest can hear her, but guests complain about managers lack of professionalism. Staff related to management do drugs and sleep with guests.
