Pros
JCPR prides itself on culture and being picky about who the company selects to bring on board. The people I worked with were wonderful. I really enjoyed working with and spending time with my colleagues. Yoga once a week was fantastic as well as the fruit and snacks available in the kitchen.
Cons
JCPR is a great place to begin your career (for a year or two), but not much headroom available for knowledge and growth if you are a seasoned PR veteran. You may find yourself asking for tools or assistance to do your job more efficiently, yet, those requests will be ignored. If you aren't preforming well, there is no plan of action to help you improve nor any type of warning. You may receive accolades one month and lose your job several wks later. Very inconsistent leadership.
