The pay is low and I asked other employees that have been there for a while if they get raises and apparently you don't, no matter how well you do your job You are constantly pushed to get ICAPS (Instant Credit applications) if you get one its 2 dollars more on your paycheck It's difficult to get people to sign up for debt most don't want to but if you don't get any they will pull you aside and talk to you about what you could do to get some Management and human resources have their favorites Holiday hours you will leave at midnight or 1AM they also open thanksgiving day at 5 pm
