Pros
These are wonderful children who have had an incredibly hard start in life. There have been many wonderful people who have worked with them over the years. Ask the kids, it has not been the people at the top who have helped them, it's the people at the front lines; understaffed, underpaid and under appreciated, who are the true heros for these children.
Cons
It is a very sad situation when a CEO and his top administration have been allowed to get away with blatant corruption for many, many years. Most people with integrity quit or are fired as they just don't fit in. The kids have been served too many wrongs in life already, they do not deserve these people who prey on them as though they are walking dollar signs. One day we all have to meet our maker. I feel badly for those who have exploited these children for many years. They literally stole money out of their mouths. These kids ate chili 3 times a week for dinner, as the management engaged in a corrupt lifestyle a these kid's expense. Many if them are still there receiving "honors" from each other at the awards ceremonies.
