Pros
It is a young company in expansion where personal progression is possible and in a business which will not decline in the future.
Cons
The organisation is a complete chaos with no clear awareness of responsibility/accountability split and overlapping between roles and deliverables allocated in a fanciful way. The personal initiative is the only rule there. My comment could have been much more evil.
