Pros

Office has an open floor plan with plenty of windows in a nice location. Cafeteria has reasonable prices with a vast selection of options. Office is a close drive to many dining options for lunch in Greeley/Windsor/Loveland areas.

Cons

Training is little to non-existent. After a short Welcome session with HR, you are taken to your desk to start a very hands-on learning process where everything is thrown your way all at once. While this may not seem daunting for someone who may have prior experience in the agriculture industry, it can be absolutely overwhelming for someone with little to no industry experience. This position comes with a very steep learning curve with little room for error. While you are told that you are free to ask for help and to ask questions, the overall feeling throughout the sales floor is that slowing down to ask questions is contributing to business slowing down and looked down on, only exacerbating the difficulty of the position. You will work over 40 hours a week in this position and are expected to take your computer home over the weekend making a true work-life balance very difficult to manage. I was fired 3 months after promotion.
