Pros
Demand for meat is always there. Company is growing and will continue to grow. If you don't have a life, it’s a great company to keep yourself busy. Very diverse workforce. Great for a single guy or someone that doesn't have a life outside of work. The work hours are definitely there.
Cons
They will make sure you have plenty of work load. Keep in mind that the work load may not be feasible for 1 industrial engineer in the plant. You work many hours until you realized that your salary pay comes almost equaling to an hourly production worker or less. One of the worst job duties they make industrial engineers do are methods reductions, meaning eliminating people jobs. They promote "People First," but honestly for JBS its "Money First."
