Pros
I'm honestly having the hardest time thinking of a pro. They pay for 50% of your medical, which is better than nothing I guess.
Cons
Upper management was very concerned with the aesthetic of the brand, but never put thought into the product or campaign, just that it looked good, and that social looked good. I was extremely disappointed when shady things happened with the developing and selling the product, they do not have integrity. It's an extremely toxic work environment, they push how they don't like gossip, but in reality it's like high school. Upper management doesn't like confrontation (which I was told by everyone when I first started), so they'll get other people to handle issues. I was so disappointed when I started, within a week I realized my mistake. There's so much more to add, but I just wanted to warn people not to take any role there. It's a waste of time, especially if you want to grow your career. While I was there at least 4 people quit, mind you it's small, there's about 15 people total. I was there less than a year and learned nothing. Thankfully, I got out and I love my job now.
