The company has been falling headfirst for quite some time now. The upper management, as some other review here puts it, has lost touch with reality and the employees. The work-life balance is not good, as oftentimes you need to work long extra hours, that are not paid or recognised whatsoever. There are no bonuses or any direct recognition. There is little to no room for growth. They haven't adjusted the cost of living for a few years now, when inflation has grown exponentially. They claim that one of their top priorities is "people first", but that's far from reality, since they don't seem to care much about the employees. The recent changes and transformation that the company has been implementing, are making things even worse, as you just need to ask around to see that most people are fed up with the current situation. Many teams are afraid of getting fired, since there have been several people fired in recent months, with no real explanation, so the 'stability' part of this job is gone now.
