It's very hard to advance. You need to commit to individual learning to advance. Trainings offered by HR team are good in the 1st year, after that they are useless. Good thing is that you have LinkedIn learning license, so you can learn on your own.
Some of the upper managers are very bigheaded and selfish. They see people as numbers and do not care about feedback.
HR team is very slow. They often don't have a solution for the problem or take ages to solve something. They are great at keeping you in long meetings where nothing is said though.
