This company is becoming really wired and cruel. JAS USA just cut 10% of their staff while mentioning they are acquiring two more companies. If you're wondering if the acquisition comes at the cost of people losing their jobs or being underpaid, the answer is yes. I work here and I am warning you all. JAS corporate is a bull house staffed with some useless, heartless, and unintelligent individuals. They are only there because they have been working together for a long time, and that itself is a problem. Run for your life; this company is very political and very toxic. Everything they say (family, integrity, community, innovation, etc.) is all a lie, and they do exactly the opposite, all the way from the CEO to local branch managers. Every change they have adopted so far is against employee well-being and encouragement. You don’t have any visibility of what they are doing, and they just hired an HR director that will make you cry. The rest of us are just the workhorse, or as they say, spectators to fill the stadium.
