-They have a good compensation package -Management and the employees are very personable and enjoyable to talk to -They give you responsibility and and the freedom to complete the job
Cons
-They expect you to work long hours consistently without any compensation -They do not have many differently rolls to fullfil. -The engineering work felt more like union survey work
