-micromanagement from supervisor -hostility and gaslighting from supervisor who fostered a very toxic work environment -an unmanageable amount of work - almost 100 open cases at any time -very little pay -HR, management, and ceo were dismissive and unresponsive when multiple incidents were brought to their attention -horrible hierarchy
