Pros
There are some great, hard-working and dedicated people to work with here, and the potential is there for this to be a great and growing company. The product is high-end and high-quality, and there is a good presence in a strong niche market in the medical/scientific fields. Smart, technically-savvy people are valued and fairly well- paid, although most positions are blue collar or low-level white collar.
Cons
The difficulty of dealing with the highest management creates an extremely high turnover rate, and no change will ever be forthcoming. No one wants to be micromanaged, bullied, belittled, ignored and threatened by turn. The atmosphere is often grim, job security is poor, and the employees walk on eggshells after arriving full of confidence and determination.
