      Pros

      Office is very casual and generally stress free. Good pay, and management both respects your skills and is very good with seeking advice when they don't have knowledge of something.

      Cons

      For me the only downside is the distance from my current residence, but I am taking public transportation so this wouldn't apply to most people.
