Pros
Managers micromanages every each time, so I guess it still is a con. No "pros."
Cons
- All employees are all job orders. They make it an award/trophy to regularize their employees. In short, they normalize job order status; meaning, little to no benefits with huge deductions. They do not even give bonuses, 13th-month pays, and separation pays.
- Micromanages employees. Very late salary, 3 months or more.
- Humiliates employees in front of colleagues.
- Everybody is thinking of resigning but are just waiting for their opportunities abroad.
- The Department of Health once offered to manage this hospital, but the city (LGU) declined since they can get kickbacks out of the workers.
- Hazard pays from COVID-19 up to now are exploited. How come departments such as HR, accounting, admin and the like are getting more hazard fees (HEA) while the healthcare frontliners are only categorized at moderate risk? So they can get cuts from them. I remembered when I was on duty at the Southwinds Hotel which was once used as a quarantine facility by the LGU, charts and patient papers are placed under the heat of the sun for days before they can reach the offices. And now when it's time to claim hazard pays, HR, accounting department, admin and the like are first to claim? They weren't even handling patients and almost discriminates anything from the isolation facility.
