      Great multi cultural environment with good bebefits and lots of business resource groups for networking.

      Cons

      American work ethic with no consideration of work life balance. Secrecy around pay grades and recruitment. General lack of communication from managers at all levels.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
