Managers behave like God and expect you to butter them. No direct access to HRs. You are expected to sit till late hours to prove that you are a good company. No work flexibility. Toxic office atmosphere and managerial politics. Even if you work good you wont get recognition if you are not pleasing your manager. Leave alone recognition, if you are not in good relations with your manager he will make life a living hell. He will spoil your image and you will loose your confidence as a result of the constant demotivation given by him. I would not recommend anyone to join this company.
