      Cant think of anything new thats different from other organisation. Used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Things have really turning bad as quality of people is no longer a priority. Everything is now about the cost... Nothing else seem to matter.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
