      Supportive boss, great opportunities to learn and grow. Excellent salary and bonus.

      Cons

      Completely dependent on division you work for and boss that you have. I had a wonderful experience but I witnessed people sitting 2 rows away who had a miserable time.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
