Pros

- good pto and insurance benefits - there's a good diversity of people from several different backgrounds

Cons

I could (and have) written an entire essay, but I'll give the highlighted points: - upper management doesn't care about you, or your work, and will treat you and your problems in the worst way possible - you can't move in the company, or at all for that matter (especially if you want more pay) - there is no training, just throwing you in, and then blaming you for not being able to do well - if you have prior experience, it doesn't matter nor is it relevant to the role - any feedback gets ignored and there is no transparency at all - genuinely confused as to how clients continue to work with the bank since they don't care about customer satisfaction at all, and that's relevant both internally and externally

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
