There are no good reasons to work with this company. I did an internship with J model Management for just one day and that was all it took for me to decide that this was not the place for me. Prior to me starting the internship I was very excited as I really wanted to gain some experience in the fashion events industry. The experience was far from what I hoped it would be, the owner Jessica Minh Anh was extremely rude to me I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner and she was very unprofessional she hung up on me a countless number of times. I was also required to download software for this internship which I had to pay for and I didn't think this was right because the internship is unpaid so I was confused as to why I was required to download stuff which I had to pay for. I was given a very heavy work load to do on my first day with minimal guidance and training and was constantly criticized by Jessica Minh Anh about how 'slow' I was being. After such a terrible first day experience I then decided to do some research on Jessica Minh Anh to decide whether or not I wanted to continue with the placement and I saw nothing but bad reviews with people saying exactly what I had experienced on my first day of working with her.
