Co-workers- kind and genuine Management- incredibly helpful, easygoing, and knowledgeable Flexibility- definitely worth it if you’re in school or have a second job Environment- uplifting and positive

Cons

Not enough hours. It started off great until they cut everyone’s hours drastically. It wasn’t just my store. The company does not have enough money to hire all these employees but they do it anyway. I did not have 2 jobs to support me and hours went as low as 4hrs a week for a few months. I know this happens but I’ve never felt this long of a drought at a large company. Be prepared. I loved it until it was time to pay my credit card bill. I didn’t live alone, but I could barely afford a week’s worth of groceries. The managers did try to help with scheduling but there were just too many of us during low traffic months. It’s truly a seasonal type of job. More action during the summer. Hope this helps because winter was miserable.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
