      -able to run the store as your own business -get to work with very talented people -get to be a part of a growing company -

      Cons

      -you get a different experience when shopping at different locations -that is really my only 'con' - i enjoy going to work every day

      - Kept all promises made during interview. - good pay - great associate benefits and health insurance and PTO Healthy work environment

      Cons

      Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
