Pros

There are reasons for 2 stars. 1. Can't deny that the salary is absolutely competitive compare to other brands. And they are willing to go further for somebody who worth the money. 2. Great clothes. We can keep these clothes for a long time because there is no brand showing on their clothes. So even we move to a different brand, we can still wear J.Crew clothes

Cons

1. People are too timid to take a bullet (especially management). When things go wrong they tend to sweep it under the carpet instead of laying them on the table and find solutions. 2. Keeping a racist-immature people is more important than people with full potential. Because the lack of middle management, upper management can't really see clear in order to make the best decision for the business. 3. Disastrous distribution system! Everything always comes late. Things that could sell before Christmas was delivered after Boxing Day? Ridiculous!

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
