Pros
Money. A couple of the regulars would make your day.
Cons
Management. Rude servers. Ridiculous rules and standards. One minute there is a rule you can't do X, the next day it's gone or only certain people have to follow it because management CLEARLY plays favorites. Those favorites are typically long time servers who bully the rest of the staff to the point of being verbally abusive. The coaches don't have your back. They constantly mess up the schedule and are on power trips like you would never believe. They show zero respect for their employees. They treat servers like children who can't be trusted to do anything despite apparently "being the best in the industry." Would allow kitchen free meals but god forbid a service so much as took a piece of bread. The company makes an entire menu everyday to taste test, takes one bite and throws it away. Yeah. That's right. A 14 oz ribeye is made, one bite is eaten, and it will be thrown away. They won't offer it to their employees. Side work is ridiculous. I just can't say enough about what an awful company this is.
